I own two rooms that can be rented and both condominiums are located in the C3 building which is very close to the main market area and the highway that connects Muang Thong Thani with Bangkok and other nearby towns.
The C3 building has security guards present 24/7 and a CCTV system throughout the building. You can access the building with a keycard that you’ll receive when you choose to rent one of the rooms / condominiums.
Both rooms are fully furnished with closets, refrigerator, sofa, TV with cable access (65 channels) and a water heater installed in the bathroom.
I can offer you smaller room of 28 square meters for 600 baht per night and a larger room of 38 square meters for 1000 baht per night.
Why Rent a Condominium / Apartment in Muang Thong Thani
Muang Thong Thani (MTT) is about 20 kilometers outside of Bangkok city center and is connected to it with a highway which takes you to Bangkok in about 20 minutes.

If you happen to travel at times when people commute to and from work then it might take you a few minutes longer – but there are rarely big traffic jams on this highway.
If you’re coming from Suvarnabhumi airport it would typically take you around 40 minutes to reach MTT as there is a direct highway to here.
Muang Thong Thani is a also a place where most major trading shows are held as it is home to Impact Arena and Challenger Arena.
MTT is not a tourist place so you can shop and eat here at local prices which is very affordable for someone coming from abroad.
It is also not crowded and most interesting places can be reached with a few minutes of walking or by taking a motorbike taxi for 10 or 20 baht.
